• FIX: Intakes set with providers from a non-default database are now imported to the provider's database, not the default.

• NEW: Added "Scheduled" column to the main screen (Client List)
• FIX: Insured's ID for primary and secondary insurance was not importing to Office Manager because of a configuration setting. Contact SOS so that a support tech can correct this issue for you.
• NEW: You can now customize the format for the Providers and Referral Sources drop lists. There are now format string fields for each of these droplists in FCConfig. By default the formats are now as follows. The table below shows the format code on the left and an example of the display in First Contact on the right:

• FIX: Secondary insurance policy information was not being imported.
• FIX: Formatting conflicts prevented imported social security numbers from appearing in SOS. The formatting mask in FC has been changed to match that in the other SOS applications. SOS tech support can change the mask, and correct the format in previously imported data, for existing FC users who encounter this problem.
• FIX: The "Student Status" value in FC was not importing into SOS.
• CHANGE: The message "EditValue is null" is now suppressed in those fields that were displaying this text when adding new FC entries.
• FIX: It was possible for a new entry to be saved after an error (such as some required field that was omitted) even if the user clicked the cancel button.
• FIX: New authorizations created during import will now default to "Active" status and "Print on Claims" set to checked.
• FIX: Secondary insured's gender setting displayed an unnecessary warning regarding the fact that only the first letter (eg: M or F) is actually saved in the database. 
• The "Lowest Data Set" option in FCConfig did not filter as expected. This setting is used primarily to exclude providers and referral sources in the practice/trial data set from appearing in FC.

Build 204 DOWNLOAD LINK and INSTALLATION NOTES

1. At the end of the installation, leave the checkmark in the box. Doing so will run the required database update script.
2. After installation, start the FCCONFIG utility (Start > Programs > First Contact 2011.1.0.204 > fcconfig). While in the configuration utility, you can adjust the format of the referral source and provider drop lists if you like, using the information above. Whether or not you change anything, click the green checkmark at the top of the screen to save and exit. 
3. Log in to SOS and launch First Contact. If the First Contact icon does not appear on your login window, ask your system administrator to give you access to the program from the SOS Admin program.
