SUMMARY ----------------------------------------------------------------

This error will occur if another user on the network is in the midst of a
procedure that requires exclusive access and a second user starts up the
program.

CORRECTION -------------------------------------------------------------

The second user should exit the program and wait until the first user has
completed the procedure and returned to the main menu.
