Some users have gotten the error message   dx.dat    File not Found   when doing various functions within OM. This is the result of overwriting your diagnosis file when updating. You will need to replace that file from the installation disks.
 

1. Follow the instructions to install OM4. Instead of choosing 1 or 2 to update the program, choose 3. Non-Standard Installation. Press <ENTER>.
   
   
2. Choose 1. Install Selected Files. Press <ENTER>.
   
   
3. Type the name of the file you need to install   dx.???   and press <ENTER>.
   
   
4. Follow the instructions on the screen for the rest of the installation and ultimately to exit the installation program.
   
   
5. If you want to be sure that the dx.dat file is now present, you can use Windows Explorer to look at the OM directory on your hard drive. Just scroll down until you find the file in the listing. As long as this file is in the OM directory where the rest of your program and data are entered, you should no longer get this error.
