00 Ledger Entries

If ledger entries are appearing at the top of your ledgers or
other reports after you update to OM4.45, it is because you entered
them prior to updating. Entering the update will not undo things you
have done previously. The old versions of OM4 will see any old 00
entries as 1900, so they will be at the top of the list.
After updating to OM4.45, you must edit any entries appearing at
the top of your ledgers or reports.
- Go to Patients > View/Edit Ledgers.
- Highlight the offending item and press <F10>.
- Go to the date of the item and change it to the correct
eight-digit date. Press <F10> and Enter to save the item.
The item now appears at the bottom of the ledger where it belongs.
