Current Releases How to check your current program version/release
SOS 2010 Installer	12/30/11	Click this link to download the SOS Suite Release 2010.01 Installer. You can use this program to do a fresh install or to upgrade from SOS 2007.01 through SOS 2009.01. All installation files will be copied to a new directory, then the installation will start, exactly as it would from a CD.
Update/Patches for Rel 2010.01	12/30/11	Click this link for the latest update/patch installers for Release 2010.01. These patches are for users who ALREADY have a release of 2010.01 on their systems. These are only patches and will not run if you are currently using an older release of the SOS software or if your support is not current.
Electronic Claims Formatter for Release 2010.01, December 2011 release or later.	(most current)	Use this link to download the most current version of the electronic claims formatter. This module is for use with SOS 2010.01 ONLY. You must have already installed the December, 2011 or later SOS update. Download and run to install the formatter files. If your SOS installation is not in the default location (C:\SOS), modify on the installation setup screen as necessary.Formatter changes and dates
SOS First Contact build 204 Installer	11/15/11	Click this link to download First Contact 2011.1.0.204. Only those with current licenses for First Contact will be able to run this application after installation. This installer can be used to update First Contact build 188 and higher.

Database Rebuild Utility for Release 2007.02	03/27/08	Required if database is located on a different drive than the SOS program files, or if the rebuild fails after unloading the data. Download into the SOS folder of database server computer (or SOS folder of standalone system if not running SOS on a network). Contact tech support if not sure.
Patches for Rel 2005.02	05/16/06 (or later)	Click this link for cumulative patch installers for Release 2005.02. These patches are for users who ALREADY have a release of 2005.02 on their systems. These are only patches and will not run if you are currently using 2005.01 or an even older release of the SOS software. Note that Release 2005.02 is not a general release and has been made available to address specific issues of significance to a small number of SOS users. Others should continue to use 2005.01 until 2007.x is released.
