SOS First Contact Module - Patient Registration and Intake Data
SOS First Contact Module (FC) is a customizable data collection application, designed to gather information about prospective patients or clients prior to their first service. After collecting demographics, referral, insurance information and more in FC, a couple of clicks initializes an account for billing (SOS Office Manager) and/or clinical records (SOS Case Manager). First Contact is a companion product for use with SOS Office Manager, SOS Case Manager, or both.
